Isaiah is our Research Manager, driving business development and project implementation. He holds an MSc in Management Science (M&E), a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute, and a BSc in Development Studies from Makerere University. With over 10 years of experience in development and humanitarian work, Isaiah specializes in project management, designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems, and strategic planning across education, health, WASH, Nutrition and agriculture sectors. His expertise spans both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Isaiah has successfully designed, conducted, and managed over 50 studies, including thematic evaluations, baseline, midline and endline evaluations, impact evaluations, budget analyses, and learning assessments. His comprehensive approach to MEL ensures evidence-based decision-making and program improvement for our clients.
